i spoilt my slimming diet

why why why?


why did i drink that super cold vanilla milkshake, while i've been ordering fresh orange with no ice and no sugar all these while??

why did i take those oily yummy yummy yum (err) french fries while i've been limitting myself to one tablespoon of rice per meal???

why? why? why?


argggg... sesal sekejap.


ye, saye mmg sukar to control my intake of yummy foods. in fact, i dun believe in slimming down by not eating.. bcuz we need energy to burn fats! the secret is to eat moderately. n yes, workout! workout! workout! i personally loooovee working out and hv been doing it since college. but need to change a lil bit, since tym tu belum kawen belum beranak takde flabs watsoeva.

now, i really need to reduce the amount of food, work the abs, work the muscles! n burn! burn! burn that calory! haha. ni gaye denise austin dlm cd aerobic... :) oh ya! currently sgt sgt sgt suke pilates.. my pilates cd is by denise austin jugak, bcuz dah biase dgn dia.. haha. fun! n i hav to say, sgt mencabar! me likeyyy! pilates mmg bagus to slimdown, concentrating on areas like the tummy, thigh, bun, waistline n etcetra. highly recommended for those yg nk toned up the body! ye la, kekdg org tu kurus, tp takde 'shape'... so pilates is good for that! :) chwah, cite psl workout supaye rase serba salah mkn smlm hilang sket...

so tghr td i went home.. utk menyedapkn hati, mkn la wholemeal bread w tuna. kenyang n sedap. thank u :p

and, and, the best part... dpt jumpe babyzara kt umah.. tgh tido.. tp nk dukung jugak.. haha. sian anak saye. tidurnya tergnggu. n stil lena plak tu wpn didukung... so i buli dia... hiks hiks..
